General Ordering Information

ORDERING
All sign orders are accepted by 24 HOUR FAX (661-296-1808) or by mail using the Custom Sign Order Form. To ensure that your signs are produced correctly, we accept orders by Custom Sign Order Form only. Please be as complete as possible when filling out the form. If you need help, call us at 661-296-1806 between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday PST.

SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND TIME
Most orders for Standard Size Banners (3’ x 10’, 3’ x 8’ & 3’ x 5’), Magnetic Signs, Plastic Signs and Stock Banners are generally shipped the next business day if we receive your approved order by 2:30pm PST (the fastest in the industry ...by far!) Allow 2 extra days for custom sized banners, larger quantities and signs with custom logos. All orders are shipped FEDEX Ground from our production facility in CA. Indicate on each order form your preference of FEDEX Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day. All Continental U.S. orders received without a shipping preference are shipped FEDEX Ground.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) for your payment convenience. To keep our prices at the absolute lowest, we cannot accept open accounts. SORRY!

QUOTES
FAX us your request for a quote, we will respond by FAX or phone with a quote valid for 30 days.

PRICING
List prices are only suggested and may be modified to suit your local market conditions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. So obtain a firm quote before making your sale. Quantity discounts are available on orders for 5 or more identical signs.

MINIMUM ORDER
Each product has its own minimum charge as listed on the Confidential Dealer Price List.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Most orders will ship FEDEX Ground at a flat rate of $6.50, within the Continental U.S. We will add current FEDEX shipping charges for 3-Day, 2 Day and Next Day.

LOGOS / GRAPHICS / DIGITAL PRINTING
Logos are available on your signs at an additional cost. Upload the original artwork file in EPS, Illustrator format with fonts outlined or included for a firm quote. Custom logos are also available on your signs at an additional cost. FAX us your logo for a firm quote on set-up and/or reproduction. Digital printing is now available. Call for details.

LAYOUTS AND DESIGN
All custom signs are designed in a professional manner to achieve the desired effect. We reserve the right to alter customer layouts for improved design. The customer/dealer agrees to accept SignworkX design concepts on all work. Orders received without a typestyle preference will be designed using a font of our choice.

RENDITIONS & PROOFS
The first logo or signage proof is available at no extra charge via fax or email. A charge of $15.00 will be assessed for each additional proof.

Be assured that we will design your sign and banner in a professional, effective manner based upon our extensive experience and expertise.

CANCELLATIONS
To insure prompt shipment, work usually begins within 1 hour of order receipt. To cancel your order without charge, written notification by FAX must be received within 1 hour of order receipt. In the event of cancellation, you accept responsibility for all work in progress and any specially ordered or cut materials.

WARRANTY
Materials used in our products are carefully chosen. However, certain limitations and/or imperfections are part of the nature of signage materials and the production process in general. Minor color variations may occur from time to time. Our only obligation is to replace products proven to be defective within 5 days of receipt by dealer. SignworkX disclaims any warranty of merchantability or of suitability for any particular purpose and shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising form the use of, or inability to use, any product.

SignworkX offers its products to quick printers, mail and parcel centers, and certain other business service retailers. To protect our dealers, no obligation to sell is implied and certain geographical areas may be excluded.
